At Old Navy, I managed all content production and publishing for the brand’s social media platforms. This involved developing a bespoke social-first briefing process, and guiding both agency partners and internal creative teams through execution on a monthly cadence. Our challenge was to build fashion credibility across men, women, and kids categories, while still staying rooted in our core value-driven proposition. In order to accomplish this, I learned how to work cross-functionally with my marketing, commercial planning, and design partners, and regularly presented concepts and findings with senior leadership.

Two major initiatives I led were the launches of Old Navy's Tumblr and Old Navy's foray into 2014’s hottest ad unit: Instagram Carousel Ads. (See below)
